M- The Agency founder, Mishanou, has been in the influencer industry since 2013. She gained experience in influencer marketing from different angles: starting as a content creator herself due to her job as a flight attendant. While traveling worldwide, she shared her stories on her blog, The Trend Attendant.

Later on, she not only connected brands to talents and vice versa for her clients at her own social media agency, TTASocials.nl, but also created content for various businesses, from jewelry brands to airline companies. Having experience on both sides of the industry, Mishanou understands the exact do’s and don’ts of the business and how to successfully bring a campaign together.

Due to the lack of diversity in influencer marketing at various levels, Mishanou decided to channel all her knowledge, network, and professionalism into M- The Agency.
